Data we process
The form requests your name, work email and message. Phone or WhatsApp number and company are optional. It also records consent, the form version and limited technical anti-abuse information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to evaluate, manage and answer your production enquiry. The legal basis is your specific, informed consent, given through an unchecked required control and revocable through the privacy channel.
Service providers and delivery
The shared tdah-form service processes the submission on our instructions and delivers messages through AWS SES. The fixed sender is formularios@tdahlab.cl; replies and enquiries reach fvalderrama@mediaorange.cl. Service infrastructure may process data internationally under the applicable processor arrangements.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics processes online identifiers and page-use data to measure site performance. ORANGE SPA uses these reports to understand aggregate use. Google may process the data internationally under its applicable service terms.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from receipt and then deleted or anonymized, unless a documented legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, and may withdraw consent. Send privacy requests to fvalderrama@mediaorange.cl. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.
